I've been dealing with a dry scalp for a long time, and I've tried various products. This spray has been one of my favorites! I really like how it's a spray application and the cooling effect is super nice and refreshing. It lasts for about 15 min after applying, then it goes away. I use this spray after I shower and spread it around by brushing through with my finger and hairbrush. My flakes/dry scalp and finally taken a chill pill and I def see myself continuing to use this product until it runs out!!

Sometimes my scalp gets itchy. So much so that it distracts me from whatever I'm doing. I haven't figured out why, I don't have dandruff. But I do have seasonal allergies, and my hair is dry, and I install synthetic dreads regularly. So there are various factors that are probably contributors. I only shampoo my hair once a week, I find it helps my hair stay healthy.The synthetic dread community has all sorts of suggestions, from tea tree oil to ACV to small business product lines. I've tried most of them and nothing worked completely. Then somewhere I read about this Head & Shoulders Royal Oils Scalp Elixir and thought, well, H & S is totally known for itchy scalp relief, so why not?GAME CHANGER!!!I really like the directional pump applicator, I can get it in between the sections. I simply squirt it on my scalp where it itches and rub it in with my finger. Instant relief that lasts. It doesn't leave a gross residue in feel or sight. No damage to my hair or my synthetic locks.I love this product so much, I recommend it to my clients and anyone on any of the groups I'm in that has the same problem.

I enjoy scalp massages. I thought this product might enhance my self massage experience. The product disappears quickly. Leaves my hair looking clean, not oily. I was hoping on a cooling or tingly feeling on my scalp but I didn't experience any.

After using a cheap brand of coal tar shampoo I ordered here it made my dandruff problem worse. Last night my scalp was itching so bad and I think it was a result of the shampoo drying out my scalp. I read the reviews here and was excited to see that everybody else had to use it claimed that it doesn’t make the scalp oily. I overnighted it and got it this morning and used it right away. Applied directly to my scalp. It took a little bit to dry, but once it was all dry, my hair looks healthy. The itching was soothe the right away. I don’t see any flakes. I love this stuff and it will be a staple in my hair care routine.

I will forever praise this product. If you have dry itchy scalp especially in between wash days then this is the product for you. It keeps your scalp moisturized and looking healthy and hydrated. Put it on right after washing your hair and it’s also good for in between wash days to keep your scalp fresh. I always recommend to my people struggling with dandruff.

I am nearly through my first bottle and it is not quite the cure I was hoping for, although the instant and temporary relief is fantastic. I started noticing more dandruff than normal a month or so ago and my head has been increasingly itchy. Never had anything like it before. This stuff is amazing and cooling but a few hours later I'm itchy again. Will continue searching for something for longer lasting relief.

I’ve tried a bunch of things for my dry, itchy scalp, but this cream actually helped. After a few uses, the flakes were way less noticeable and my scalp felt so much better. It’s not greasy and has a nice light scent too. Definitely something I’ll keep using.

I absolutely love this stuff, bought it a bunch of times! especially for protective styles like braids and locs but make sure you wash your braiding hair with apple cider vinegar first or no matter how much you spray your scalp will be irritated
