Booty gains!!
I've tried the rubber band style in the past, but they never last and don't offer quite enough resistance. This set is very durable and even the light band is heavy-weight. They arrive in a little bag for easy storage, which I appreciate for taking to and from the gym. I've seen similar bands for double the price, but you don't need to waste money on, just order these! I'm working on building gluteus medius strength and sorting out some imbalances. Simply side walking with a band around my knees or performing clam shells with the band lights my side booty on fire!

Perfect for beginners just starting on their workout journey!
I randomly decided I wanted to get in better shape, it’s been hard for me to keep weight on so I wanted to start doing some exercises to build some muscle and strength. I learned about resistance bands during my google search on ways a beginner can start to build some muscle without having to go to gyms and use a bunch of weights.I love these though I can say a few weeks in I am noticing results. Being a novice once the bands were delivered I found some YouTube videos on how to use resistance bands for beginners and it was super simple and easy to use and follow along with said videos.

Amazing quality – totally worth it!
I bought the WALITO Resistance Bands on Amazon and I absolutely love them! From the first use, I could tell the quality is excellent. The fabric is strong and doesn’t roll or slip during workouts, which is a huge plus.I use them mainly for leg and glute exercises at home, and they’ve also helped a lot with my rehab training. The different resistance levels are great for progressing gradually, and they’re super comfortable to use.Highly recommend these bands if you’re looking for something reliable and effective!

Great construction, heavier than other loops
The width of these bands keeps them from rolling around on your legs. Be aware though, because they are so thick, the "light" is more like extra heavy in other loop styles.

Comfortable Band
We recently got these bands at the gym where I work and I loved the way they added to the standing squats I was doing, so I ordered a set for myself. I have only used the band a few times so I can't say anything about durability. The width and the fact that the band doesn't curl or fold up on itself while using it makes it more comfortable to use than some of the other bands. The resistance also seems to be stronger.

They don't slide around!
I do not willy nilly give out 5 stars. These bands earned it! They provide excellent resistance, do NOT slide around, and offer three different tension options. The quality far surpasses the low price. Definitely worth adding to your exercise arsenal.

These things are great for basic resistance workouts. I got them to help with my physical therapy homework and they've been a huge help.

Resistance Bands
I love the durability of these resistance bands. They're stronger than the previous rubber resistance bands I've had and the resistance on these are much more firm which is what I was looking for during my workouts.
