love east asian food and wanted to try pad thai at home, this is rice based and texture is not sticky and tastes great. it requires less time to boil and tossing any veggie in it make it 10x yum. 5/5 product

Made Pad thai with it couple of time, it turned out very well, if you want gluten free noodles you will love this one. Add it to boiling water to speed up the cooking process.

While the product was fine by itself, the packaging was not. The outermost packaging was open. When I order something, I expect to receive it sealed! Disappointed!

Noodles have a bad taste and not softening up even after following instructions.
I am giving one star rating because unless I do , the system will not allow me to post a review. Now for the reason to why I would have ideally liked to give a negative rating - I opened a new packet of the rice noodles and followed the cooking suggestions on the packet by soaking noodles in cold water for a good 20 minutes , checking for softness but they remained hard. I decided to cook them in hot water for a few minutes to soften them and kept checking them again , waiting for them to soften. same result. when i tasted them , they tasted not just chewy but also stale . very disappointed with the product. will have to throw the entire packet. Can the sellers please call back for it and check what went wrong ?

Good for making Pad thai noodles
We used these for making Pad thai noodles and it turned out to be ok. Those who are complaining that the noodles are too hard, I have a tip. Boil a big container of water and just after boiling turn off the heat, and immediately transfer the noodles from the packet to the container. And keep aside for 8-10 mins.If you soak in normal or cold water they will not turn soft. So important to soak them into very hot (not boiling) water before cooking.
