i was having bad shoulder pain cuff shoulder pain. i used this over night and i can move my arm. works wonders!

It does it's job when the straps and hook/loop works. I had to add snaps to the chest strap to keep it from coming loose while I'm working out. The hook/loop fasteners for the ice pack pouch are constantly coming loose, even when I'm not using ice. Very annoying. I will probably add snaps there, too, eventually.

For 6 mo, I had terrible arm/shoulder pain in the morning. Did the prescribed exercises for rotator cuff, which helped some. My arm/shoulder would still scream at me in the morning, just not as loud. Then I saw this product on facebook or instagram and ordered it. For me this is a life changer. It totally got rid of the pain overnight. I use it every nite and totally rely on it. 100% effective for me. Also, my doc has now diagnosed my pain as tendonitis which is a longer term deal. But I cannot say enough about this product. When I get some spare cash I will buy the right shoulder which is beginning to ache.

It worked great for about a month, but if you use it during exercise and you sweat a lot, the Velcro wears a lot quicker. So overall, it's good, but the Velcro doesn't last long.

I bought this product in November, 2020 based on the reviews thinking that it would help reduce the pain I have in my left shoulder due to a rotator cuff injury. Nothing torn, just inflamed and stretched. Well didn't provide any relief as some have said in their reviews. I basically have three issues with this product. First (as I mentioned) it didn't reduce the pain when I tried to sleep. I also tried it when I jog and it didn't help there either. Second, the strap that wraps around your chest works its way up the side of your torso in no time until its right underneath your armpit. I finally gave up and just placed it there and tightened up the strap to compensate for the shorter distance. Problem is, not only is it uncomfortable under the armpit, it also takes away from the ability to immobilize your shoulder. And, if you're not wearing a shirt underneath the strap it digs into your skin. Third, be sure you go to the manufacturer's website and read their "100% satisfaction warranty - no questions asked" policy before buying it. What they don't say on their ad (and can only be found on their website) is that it's only good 30-days from the date of purchase. That means you better try it on right away to give it enough time to see if it works for you before the 30 days are up. Top it off, if you're not a Prime member who would get it delivered the next day, and you chose regular shipping you could be looking at a 25 day trial period. Not that long when it could take twice that time to really see improvement in your shoulder injury.

Was skeptical at first, but this product helped my shoulder extremely while I wait for shoulder replacement

This product is very washable. The weight is nice support. I wouldn't say it holds a lot of support as what I needed the stability. It does not give me that stability within myself of being able to have confidence in. Helping me with what it is that it is supposed to do the value for the money you get what you get, but at the end of the day, what can be really irritating is the strap that comes across the chest to the back. It is not as comfortable and it does not stay as it should
