Discrete way of remembering when you keep forgetting
I started to forget stuff so thought it would be good to start recording comments, events I'd noticed and the usual random minute of the day. What my notepin does very discreetly is record stuff and then I can transcribe it so have written notes to cut and paste to my calendar or todo list. You get 300 minutes on the free plan which is fine now I've retired from teaching so life is not as hectic. Thoroughly recommended and customer service is very good. Why did you choose this product over others?:Best of the bunch. Trialled several similar devices.

Worth the cost!!
Why did you choose this product over others?:This is my second Plaud AI pin and highly recommended. Yes there is a paid subscription but totally worth it if you are constantly in meetings. This has sped up my meeting notes and reports like you can’t believe. For those of you that sit multiple meetings a week then this is for you.

Works well - fantastic customer service.
Very useful item. I bought to use at a conference but use all the time now. I use on virtually every work call - this gets away from people being nervous about call recording bots and allows me to focus on the meeting and not try to take notes at the same time. Has been very useful when I had a disagreement with a colleague on the content of a call and was able to refer to the recording. Many thanks

read and listen to the instructions as its not intuitive
tricky to start. needs a better front end interface on PC/Mac. but it has potential

I preferred the original "Note" model
I had the Plaud Note previously but had it in my pocket when I went swimming -obviously causing irreparable damage and so needed to replace it. I opted for the Plaud Note Pin for it's size and wearability however the record "button" is just a touch area that was almost entirely unresponsive. I returned this and went back to a Plaud Note which has a physical button and is 100% responsive.

A wonderful voice recording device
Wow! This is a wonderful product. It can accurately summarise my voice meeting in note form. It is very easy to use; no computer skills are needed.

Not easy to use with restricted dexterity
Good quality product just too difficult to activate if you have limited dexterity.
