Charging unit died
I really liked this mask. The mask itself works great and is comfortable to wear. The quality of my skin has improved since I started using it. I purchased at the end of March and unfortunately after a 5 or 6 charges on the charging unit, it has died. Sadly, I am past the date of being able to return it.

It’s Freaking Great ! 4 days of use I see changes
The media could not be loaded. I have tried other mask and the first one I got was so dam heavy and it hurt and didn’t work.This one I just got I really love it and it does work . Seeing a difference in my face wrinkles and even the brown spots . It fits my whole freaking face , it’s comfortable, adjustable, and I don’t have to sit in one place . So you can spend 3,4,500 dollars or get this one as I did because I’m not made of money and the economy we live in who in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars for something when you can get the same results on a reasonable priced product.So this is worth it ! I’ll come back and update in 3 months with before and after photos .

Light stopped working - not once, but twice. Don’t waste your money.
This mask stopped working within the return window, so I asked for a replacement (thinking the first one was just a dud). Now, the replacement has stopped working, and the return window is closed.Don’t waste your money - total junk.

Waste of money!!
This product is junk. Used it twice and now the remote control piece won't work. No power. I have charged it multiple times and itstill will not work. Do not waste your money!!

Return policy is excellent
The first time I ordered, the control failed to work. It was easy to return the mask and have a new one sent. The second mask works perfectly and charging the control went like clockwork. I don't know if this will make my face look younger, smoother and so forth, but it does make it feel smoother after the first session. Dead skin rolled away. It causes me to take my face care more seriously and use moisturizer. Wearing it is peaceful and allows me to rest and meditate. I like it.

Charged one time and now that won’t work. This is the second mask from this manufacturer. Of course, this time, it’s after the return date. Ridiculous.
