Works well
Works great. Amazing value compared to Unisom store prices. Takes about 1-2 hours to kick in. Tastes bad, very bitter, and it sticks. Take with lots of water.

Getting the right type of sleep.
This product has helped me sleep a lot better than I have in recent years. I have experienced no problems or side effects with it. It takes a little bit of time to get to sleep, but once you’re sleeping, it does you feel rested.

WHOOOAA!
Be careful! It is kick butt stuff. My advice is to take it very early as it has a tendency to hang on. Coffee in the morning is in order.

Beware of brain fog
So I'm currently approaching the end of my first trimester, and my OB recommended doxylamine for sleep apnea. I had been tossing and turning and getting up at all hours of the night to pee and just to be a nuisance because I was restless, during the first 2 months of my pregnancy. I ordered this one and I gotta say they should've warned about the severe brain fog that comes with it. I mean my mind was on a whole different planet. I would go to bed around 10 or 11pm and I would wake up around 9am just to see the time but I could not get my body to move, so I'd fall back into sleep until noon and then still feel like I was half unconscious so I'd stumble around the house and try to get myself out to do errands but I'd find myself dazed while trying to drive and just nonfunctional in my daily activities. At first I blamed it on pregnancy fatigue and with being pregnant you definitely do have some form of brain fog/forgetfulness.. but after 1.5 weeks of being completely a shell of a person, I stopped taking the doxylamine, and yes, I wake up like 25x a night, but honestly I'll take that over being dead throughout the days too. I am normally a morning person and that just sucked the life right out of me, and I was feeling helpless and depressed as my days were blending all together into one foggy week.*I'm giving 3 stars just because it does help one to sleep.. but taking 2 because the side effects are not worth it, in my case.
