I haven't used this product for long, but I like the results. It's moisturizing and my skin feels squeaky clean.

Decent gentle cleanser, no sensitizing fragrance or essential oil ingredients. Definitely a little pricey for what it is. Reached out to customer service via email to ask what the pH of the product is and got an AI bot that lied and said the product didn't have a pH because it was anhydrous and didn't contain any water. The first ingredient is water. Took about a week for me to get a real person and they were finally able to confirm that the pH is 6.0 +/- 0.5. That's slightly higher than the optimal 5.5 that cleanser should be at especially for gentle skin, but still considered weakly acidic so have been using this with no problems. Texture of the cleanser is this gooey gel consistency that lathers decently. If it were about $10 cheaper and it would a highly recommend. But if I'm paying >$30 for a cleanse I'd expect the texture to feel a little more luxurious instead of goopy.

Just started using, its very soft and moisturizing, need to see how it helps long term. So far very happy.

Received a sample of this from Sephora and loved it after only one use. I made sure to make a subscription here on Amazon for this so I don't go without it for a day. My skin felt actually moisturized after using, instead of immediately drying my skin out. Love it.

The cleanser has a light, creamy texture and lathers well. It cleans without stripping my skin and leaves my skin feeling well cleansed and soft.

This is a nice cleanser that works well and leaves my skin feeling soft. It has a pleasant scent that I think is from the ingredients and not the result of any added fragrance. There is a bolded warning on the box and on the tube to avoid direct contact with eyes. I think that warning should be clearly noted in the product description and I don’t see it. I asked in the question box and the response was that is not specifically mentioned. In my view this is a significant omission of something that should be disclosed before purchase to prevent the need for returns. Even when I use an eye makeup remover I like to wash my eye area while I’m washing my face. I think it’s important to keep the eye area clean and I cannot use this cleaner to do that. While I like this cleanser, I find it too inconvenient to use one cleanser for my face and another for my eye area. I really don’t understand why anyone would make a gentle cleaner that cannot be used in the eye area. I won’t be ordering this again.
