I had necrosis all the dead skin fell off so I had an open wound. I put a lite amount of manuka honey umf 20+ on this silvercel and put it on my wound then put a silicone wound dressing. Make sure it’s not infected also wash/pat with wound wash pat dry and apply silvercel with manuka. Only change every other day to help build the sick. Let me tell you this is healing super fast I did see a wound specialist that cost $200 to tell me that I was doing everything right so if you have a severe burn or wound this will help .

This product was intro to my family by a round specialist. It heals open wounds within rapid time. My mother is diabetic and often has wounds which are difficult to heal.
