Great sturdy little scooter that works for me
To say we are pleased with the scooter is an understatement, it as given me freedom again to go along with my husband and our little dog Penny on walks. Take the battery off remove the seat and basket fold the steering column and it fits neatly into the boot of our medium size car, all done in around 10mins, you must have a fairly fit person to lift it as it weighs around 25 kg you can separate the back from the front to make it weigh around 12kg each, it comes apart easy enough but to put the back and front back together is not so easy, as my husband found out so he just lifts the whole body into the boot. It’s easy and comfortable to drive on smooth surfaces, but it’s hard on your back if you go over rough or uneven ground due to the hard small wheels and no suspension, the furthest we have gone so far is 3 miles and the battery was still showing little usage, we recharged it when we got home and it was back full in 2 hours. All in all a great scooter with good sturdy build quality and great value for the money.

Nice but heavy
This is a very well made scooter. Delivered on time. It comes in a huge box weighing 48 kgs. Well packaged in separate pieces which you have to put together. First the battery is big and heavy. I’m 78 years old and my wife is in a wheelchair, so it’s a struggle. The main problem we had was connecting the rear engine part which has the two rear wheels to the middle and front which has the two front wheels. The instructions don’t help much and we very nearly gave up. Next connect the tiller, that’s easy. Next the seat that’s ok but more later. Fit arms and put battery on. Switch on, nothing happened. We solved that, the battery has to fit just right or it won’t make contact. Jiggled it about a bit and the scooter came to life. There’s not much leg room so be sure it will fit you. The lights front and rear are nice and it goes along well. I have to be honest it’s very difficult to fit the rear and front sections. So very frustrating. But if you want to break it down into sections to fit in your car boot you will have to do this. The scooter weighs 45 kgs so it’s to much for on person to lift. Take off the battery and seat it’s still too much for one person. That could be a deal breaker for some it nearly was for us tbh. The seat jammed on the pillar because the lever you pull to turn the seat round jammed. Solved it with a rubber hammer. So there we are got there in the end but be prepared to do a bit work.

Excellent Customer service. Excellent delivery Driver. A right cracker of a scooter.
Customer service is second to noneHowever, be warned I am 5ft 7 and its a perfect fit for me, anyone taller will find this too smallit was delivered today, and I was not at home, the delivery driver went above and beyond to ensure he could deliver the package, left with a neighbour. I spoke with Richard, who was reassuring, kind, and just a pleasant guy.The Scooter is easy to assemble, light weight, small and compact. Battery is light too. this sits in my Car (a smart Car) fully assembled.I found this scooter really good, the battery life is not bad, just be aware that it looks like the battery is being drained on hills, the lights go down quite quickly, but its just the voltage dropping, and not the battery draining. All in all, A Compact new Scooter at the price of many 2nd hand ones, with excellent customer service.

Great scooter, poor battery life
Nice little scooter, with few downsides. However, they are worth mentioning:- because it’s cheap, it’s functional. This also means bits don’t fit as flush as they might. For example, the battery on mine takes quite a bit of brute force to seat properly, and a lot of hand strength to secure well enough not to stall at every bump in the road.- battery life (and this will be the clincher for me saving up and upgrading as soon as practical). I don’t know on what planet someone got a ‘potential’ 12 miles out of it, but my work journey between stations and studio is a hair over 5 miles. The scooter just limps home, noticeably slowing from 3 miles down onwards. When it comes to games of chance, being stranded with a flat battery is not my idea of fun.So a great local runaround, but if you’re reliant on it for longer trips, you might not want to risk your luck.
