Fantastic for it's price! This does a brilliant daily clean specially if you have pets, it picks up bits of hair, grit and grass with ease.I found that it wasn't picking bits up the first time in it's standard default setting but theres 3 more levels above this which you can adjust for each room accordingly.I found the app an absolute doddle to set up and use.Once its mapped the home which it does pretty quickly and accurately, all you need to do is a initial start up i.e marking which rooms have carpet, set up the schedulings, set up where the sofas, tables ect are and also levels of cleaning power you want in each room.....For example I have quite thick carpets in some of the rooms so I set those rooms to max which boosts the suction which I found relatively powerful and does fine for general sweep ups.Over all I'm very impressed one of my favourite features is you can press and hold a location on the app and it will spot clean or clean that room.I would definitely recommend this over any others of the same price for slightly better features and cleaning abilitie.A DISCLAIMER!These robot vacs are not a replacement for a good traditional weekly vac they are simply for simple daily clean that gets the worst up

I have two large Akitas who shed like crazy so I bought this hoping it would do a light daily hoover for me to try and tackle some of the hair on the floor now that I have a crawling baby, I expected to still have to do a main thorough big hoover atleast once a week. However, this hoovers so well that I've not had to do any additional hoovering at all. It picks up all the dog hair amazingly even on carpet and is really good at not getting tangled up in wires. I run it in the morning and evening which is so easy to do just by pressing a button on the top or using the app to set which rooms I want hoovered, my house has never been so constantly clean (even under the sofas!) and I feel a difference with less dust around. I love having the hoovering done while I'm busy doing something else that also needs to be done and walking into a freshly hoovered room where I can finally sit down and put my feet up without looking at the floor knowing I should do a quick hoover. Not to be dramatic but this lil guy I've named "Roberto" has been life changing :)

After my Eufy vacuum failed after one year (with battery issues which I was told was normal), i upgraded to the Tapo. Glad i got rid of the Eufy. The Tapo is brilliant - solid build and premium quality. The mop is very good and will sufficient moisture. The path/map can be customised so you can restrict from certain areas (unlike the Eufy which used to get tangled everywhere). This is amazing and leaves the house clean and mopped and has very respectable suction

Amended review - I originally posted about issues picking up dog hair from a rug and depositing the hair on the floor. Following several exchanges with customer support, this has been pretty much resolved by changing settings to ultra mode for the rug area. My initial contact with Customer Support was not helpful, but then my email was picked up by someone else, who really could not have given better support. Understood the issue, gave clear instructions on how to solve it and followed up to check I was happy - excellent service, thank you! I'm now happy with the vacuum. I've given 4 rather than 5 starts because the app is not straightforward to program (I am used to using app-controlled devices) and quite a few functions are not presented well, but generally I'm pleased and would recommend, as long as you're able and willing to spend some time getting to grips with the app.

Excellent device. I already have a couple of Tapo products like light bulbs and strip lights set up and all connected to my Alexa. Works great with the Alexa and the Tapo app is great and intuitive in setting up the device. Does a great job hovering whilst I'm doing another job.

Keeps stating that the network connection is unstable then loses connection completely. I reset my router, uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and it made no difference. The network issues are surprising considering Tapo are predominantly known for network products. It got stuck on the metal base of my office chair one of those large round ones with the tiny incline. Due to its chunky sizing it doesn't get under a lot of stuff that three other robot vacuums got under without issue, those same three robot vacuums never got stuck on my office chair either. The battery is woeful, I live in a tiny one bedroom bungalow and doing three sweeps of just the living room section the battery had dropped by over 40%, my other three robots easily did three sweeps of the entire property with between 25% and 50% battery left over. This was purchased as I was having issues with my roborock not picking up and it was less than a month old, however I discovered that the cover for the rubber brushes had somehow unclipped itself and once I reattached it suction was corrected. The roborock really is far superior to my first robot a eufy which became faulty after 10 months, an ecovacs which became wildly unhinged after four weeks and now this woeful Tapo. I'm so relieved I worked out what was wrong with the roborock Q5 pro. Needless to say the Tapo is getting sent back less than 24 hours after receiving it and given my experience I couldn't in good faith recommend it.

Great cleaner and easy to install. Well worth the money 💰 not to noisy on full power and take my little flat about 1 hour to do but I have it on two to hoover each room so if I only had it on one time it would be 30mins in all and I have had it since December and not had to put a new bag in . Well soon and haven't had to change anything on it and won't have to for a while it looks like from the app. Haven't used the mop part yet but I will soon and I shall update you when I do.
