My Doctor says not to take this because I am taking meds for high blood pressure. I never opened a bottle, but Amazon says this is not a returnable product. Health risks are not mentioned anywhere in the description. Total rip-off.//// Update 1/29/25 - I stand corrected. I pursued Amazon customer service last night and received a credit for my purchase. It's still not returnable and I will dispose of it, but at least I wasn't ripped off. I appreciate Amazon's empathy.

Gave it benefit of doubt. Tried for thirty days, no noticeable reaction. Proven yet again, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Less than $30 spent, but I’m ok with that.

I used the whole bottle to see if it did anything for a whole month. I noticed no difference in any part of my body. I tried it at different times of the day, nothing. So don't waste your money on this product. Go see your doctor for something that works.
