I got this Proster emf meter to get a hint of emf values at my home. Compared to more professional meters (trifield and more expensive models) that I borrowed later, it reliably found clear eletric field and magnetic field sources, and gave reliable values. However, this meter was not suitabe to measure background magnetic (low-frequency) and eletric fields. When it comes to RF, this meter only found the biggest sources (mobile phone, network mast nearby), but did not find bluetooth or background radiation. It also gave 50 times higher rf values in my kitchen, than other meters. It still did find the source and was able to tell the direction, so cant be mad. I shielded the wall where it was coming with aluminium foil, and rf values on the meter disappeared. I felt the difference in my kitchen right away. I think this meter is valuable for first-time inspection on a place or apartment to find biggest emf sources.

Every household should have 1 of these, I bet you won't let your kids play on their mobiles tablet and laptops when they are charging. Eye opener to what's all around you.

This unit is made from good quality materials, held in your hand it feels like it should cost a lot more. Also comes with a handy zip up bag which keeps it in good condition while not in use.Works really well in detecting EMF fields. I am very happy with this purchase.

Ever wondered if your household items emit dangerous waves? This will let you know - audibly and visually. I've been round the house checking all sorts, from the microwave and TV to laptop, PC and PS5.It's astounding what the devices do give out, but luckily (in my case) you need to be practically sitting on the items to be receiving any of these harmful emissions. Wonderful little device.

The media could not be loaded. I have often wanted to check for radiation emissions of various kinds and this device now allows me to do this. Simple to use, just power on and after a short while after it settles down and starts detecting electromagnetic, radio and magnetic frequency emissions. The sensor is on the rear of the unit which makes sense when looking at the display on the front, it does however seem to be fairly omni directional as can be seen in my video where the RF readings increase as I bring my phone closer to the unit and then the EF readings increase as I move it closer to my laptop. The screen colour will cycle from green to orange to red as the detected levels move from safe to unsafe. The beeper can be turned off easily as can power save mode using the multi function buttons below the display. My only gripe with this device is that it takes a 9volt battery ( which was included ) rather than having a built in rechargeable one, not very green.
