I have used this product and l am happy with the effects. Cravings soon disappear, which obviously is good. There is one huge disappointment however, and that is the packaging. Whoever designed it needs a rethink. If the thinking was to liken it to opening a pack of cigarettes is way off the mark. If you can buy breath mints in a tin for under two quid, why are these expensive lozenges in a cardboard and very frustrating package? For the love of God, sort the packaging out.

Awful. Placed one into my mouth, start swallowing and instantly got a bad flush of acid reflux & was throwing up for about 20 minutes. The taste is a taste I cannot put into words, I would stay far away from these.

Help me give. Up smoking

Well, I'm 65 now and been smoking since I was about 12. Yeh I know, those were the days when you could smoke in hospital and everyone smoked. You have to want to ease off or quit for these to work, but I can tell you that for me they work. I reach for a tablet in the morning instead of smoking. Give it a minute and your pangs go way. I last about an hour or so before any desire to smoke again. Give it a go. You'll at least cut down like me and who knows I might even stop. Good luck. Paul
