I bought the smart lock to secure my home and control it remotely from any where. It is substantial and gives excellent results. The fixtures and fittings supplied are all of good quality. The instructions are adequate to fit the door lock and easy to install the app, set up the app quickly, and connect to the lock. The RFID are easy to pair and adding passcodes to unlock the door is very simple. This smart lock not only offers peace of mind but also enhances the modern aesthetic of my home's entrance. The fingerprint recognition is swift and precise, making home access seamless. It has been a superb addition to my home security system, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and contemporary door lock solution.

Installation is some difficult but there is a guide book for help. Quality of door lock is good. There are 2 keys 🗝️, 2 card key. There is also fingerprint and pin code option in it. Everything is works properly.

Update at the bottom after 1 week of usage:I'm writing this after almost 6 hours of watching videos, reading the absolutely useless catalogue this product comes with and almost packing things up to return it more than 4 times. It now finally works so i thought I'd help get you started and minimize your frustration.So, I got someone to put the lock in the door for me ( ant help you here). The set up is the real nightmare. So here is how you set up.1. The lock comes with a default admin password of 123456. The first thing you should do is CHANGE THAT or else anyone can open the door.2. On the keypad, press *#3. Then you'll be asked for the admin password. Here you enter 123456.4. Once the system recognizes you're legitimate, press again on *#5. Choose option 1 (admin settings) and choose option 1 again add admin.6. You'll be asked for a password. This is the password that will replace the 123456. Choose it wisely and remember it. Don't share this with anyone.7. When this is set up (you'll be asked to reenter then you'll get a message saying successful), press again *# then choose option 2 (add user)8. You can now add your finger print or ur pass code or small physical card.9.everytime you need to do something, always start with *#App Tuya is useless. The only useful thing about it is generating 5 minutes valid codes.I'll write more later.ONE WEEK AFTER USAGE:The unlock almost never works from the 1st time. Sometimes you need to attempt 5 or 6 times before it works. Last night I got a real scare as the whole handle went BLACK. No lights, no matter what you press, it's dead. I had to use the physical metal key provided to open the door. Today it worked well so far (still 1 pm).I'll keep updating this review every few days. For all I know, I am tempted to return it to Amazon. Too much drama.

This smart door lock is a good quality lock. This smart door lock is easy to install. There are 2 manual keys with this to open manually. There are 2 smart keys. The good thing is there is also fingerprint sensor to open Lock by biomedic. Also many types or rings

Best decision ever excellent lock with many features. Working perfectly size is good if i talk to quality i will say best quality. I am gappy and positivity surprised about this product quality at this price point.

Before i another smart lock on my doors but always i face issues i fixed this smart lock two days ago and it is working fine its mechanisms system is very good and has many option to unlock the door 🚪 fingerprinbiometric ,card is super fast

They are lying it’s working with mobile app but it can’t have tried in all way to connect with app but it’s not supporting and no support is available from the supplier or seller
