Made pregnancy piles bearable!
This didn’t get rid of the issue but made sitting tolerable whilst I was pregnant! There’s not much smell and the cream is easy to apply (even when you’re the size of a house) and the relief is very fast.No photos…for obvious reasons

Didn't do a thing to help
Everyone rants and rave about this stuff and honestly it's doing nothing for my hemmoroids. Theres no shrinking and no relief, I'll stick to a cooling ointment which seems to help. Plus this stuff I notice ends up in the loo so it's very oily!
