Arrived on time and value for money

I have been using these for a few weeks now (as part of my morning routine) and have noticed an improvement in my skin texture (more plump and glowy). My nails are also a lot stronger now. The capsule doesn’t have any taste and is easy to swallow which is such a bonus for me. I definitely recommend these for people trying to improve their skin and nails/hair.

I only gave 3 stars as I feel i would need time to take these supplements for a while before i would notice a difference if any. They arrived in good time. The taste is not very nice but they're not in your mouth for long so its not a big issue, but they are a bit hard to swallow as they are a bit big.

Just set up a subscription works out cheaper as they have increased in price, my menopausal hair is growing back !

I've just purchased my third tub of these as I think they need to be taken for a while to have any effect.Where shall I start....You need to take 4 a day, I don't have many problems with tablets but if you do try taking them with a handful of something, I use blueberries, just as your about to swallow, pop the tablets in and it all goes down much easier if it's coated in something. They taste a bit like smoked salmon - not a bad thing.I do think my nails feel better, they were very weak before and would peel a lot. I don't have my nails done or anything to weaken them, they are just weak. For my skin, I've seen no difference yet. My hair does feel stronger and I do feel like less is coming out when I wash it.I shall continue with them and will come back at the end of month three for an update!

I’ve been searching for a good collagen supplement for a while and this one is definitely great! I’ve been taking them for a couple weeks before I left a review, I’ve been taking 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening and have had good results. They’re really easy to swallow too, I definitely recommend. Bottle lasts a month if you take 4 a day are so good value!
