I really like these kits. They are somewhat beginner friendly but they give beginners a challenge. They have videos that help if you get lost or need to know what to do next. I would say they are probably made for kids 12+ or someone who's previously started to learn how to crochet. Its cheaper than a Woobles beginner kit but i think the Woobles videos are easier to follow along.

these are so cute and easy to do. I did both in one day. I normaly able to finish one a day but these where easy and quick to do and turned out so cute. the only problem is I didn't get enough year to do the spots on the tops and the dress on the red one. to you'll have to chose which you want to do. This was my first experience with crocheting, and I have to admit it was quite a challenge at times. I found it really frustrating when the video moved too quickly or when the instructions felt complicated. The horns were particularly tough for me to figure out, and I actually had to search for additional tutorials on YouTube just to understand them better. I even had to go out and buy more yarn for the nose, which might have been my own oversight. Despite all the hurdles, I truly enjoyed the process of crocheting this adorable cow in the end! 😊

I bought this to learn how to crochet little figures or animals and it’s amazing! I’ve bought 2 now. The instructions are so clear, they give you everything you need and a little extra. Great buy, great product, great price. 10/10 recommend to someone looking to learn or just enjoys crocheting. (:

This is a fun kit at a good price. I started with the owl and I can’t finish it because I ran out of the light green yarn. So my owl has one wing and no tail. I tried to get product support but their website is half in English’s and half in Chinese so I am not sure how to fill out the form. I think the instruction for the owl were easy to follow the video was good, but I am disappointed that i ran out of yarn, and have no way of getting more. Also, while doing the owl body I came across an area where two pieces of yarn were tied together to make it longer, creating a big ball of yarn. Luckily the tied part ended up inside the owl body and didn’t ruin it. It’s worth the money you save from buying a more expensive kit if you could only get enough yarn. Hopefully I can complete the highland cow without issue. Please Crochet Box send me more light green yarn for my owl!

Product is great, comes with a hook and everything. even with crotchet patterns. I am a beginner with no experience so I wouldn’t recommend. also sadly doesn’t come with a crotchet video to watch or learn. wouldn’t recommend for complete beginner. but overall great product

These kits are the easiest ones I’ve tried yet. The product comes out just as shown in the video tutorials. I had extra of each color after completing multiple boxes. For the price you can’t beat it. Plus you can get a copy of the pattern to do another time down the line. I had to contact the company for an issue and they fixed it immediately!

Overall, I would say that this was easy to learn for beginners. This was my first ever crochet project (where I learned everything) and the design of the product and videos made it easy to learn. Eventually I was able to quickly adapt to the pattern and utilize that instead of the videos. Hardest part- Magic Rings.
