Gives a great charge
Plenty of times I forget my chargers at home but I carry this charging unit in my office bag and it did what it was made to do. Gave my phone a charge and still had enough power left for another device. Comes in handy when traveling and there’s no plug outlets around.

Impressive mAh reserve power but needs a protective case for travel
I've used other power banks to attempt to charge my MacBook Pro but found the task impossible because these chargers never yielded enough wattage output for proper charging. My laptop requires a minimum of 35W for charging. With this 65W power bank, I can finally accomplish this task without plugging it into that inconvenient and all-elusive wall socket.Only charging my MacBook fully takes about 2 hours. On a 100% power bank charge, I can also fully charge 4 smaller devices like cell phones and tablet devices concurrently nearly 2 times each before the need to charge the power bank overnight. It yields about 2% charge every 90 seconds on average. This battery bank has 2 USB-A and USB-C charging ports, a reserve power meter, and a toggle button with power output figures for each port imprinted on the reverse side of the power bank. It's comprised of metal construction and roughly twice the weight of an average plastic power bank.Unfortunately, this bank did not include a protective carrying case or bag and it should. I'm not sure how many cycles this power bank will provide effective power but so far it's working as expected. 3.5 to 4 stars

Some real-world results
By real world I mean a real computer, not a rating comparison or a load test, which I’ve found to be nearly pointless (details below if you care). My ThinkPad T470s happens to come with a 65-watt power supply, theoretically making this external battery pack a good match. I connected the full Power Bank with the laptop battery at 20% and continued to use it for simple web stuff – not heavy video or anything. After about two hours, the Power Bank was spent and the ThinkPad battery was at 87%. Not quite what I’d hoped based on the high capacity rating for this Power Bank. Other uses proved similar. So I tried again with the computer shut down and a 10% state of charge. After a few hours, this battery-to-battery test had dropped the Power Bank to 29%, and when I booted up, the computer was at 96%.I’m giving a solid three stars because the product seems well made and because when it comes to power supplies and batteries, I consider it a win when they work at all. (I wish the bar weren’t this low.) In this case, that means powering (or at least charging) the computer.I’m not rating higher for two reasons. One is that the thing needs better directions for average buyers. The typical person will see the C1 and C2 labels and think it means something they don’t understand, or even fear. It seems half of consumers are more concerned about feeding their electronics “too much” juice even in cases where it’s not possible due to the USB standard, yet they don’t realize some USB sources don’t provide enough current to charge quickly.Second is that I doubt this product has a legitimate 30,000 mAh capacity, or even close. If they’re overstating it, they’re far from alone, but I’m not letting anyone off the hook for it. Manufacturers seem to test their batteries in ways that result in legitimate high numbers but through methods that aren’t close to the loads they’ll experience in their intended use. The usage matters in terms of a battery’s true capacity.Comparing specifications is a fraught exercise, especially with mAh versus Wh, but when a ThinkPad has two internal batteries rated 4,130 mAh total and a claimed 30,000-mAh Bank can charge them just once, you have a pretty good idea something’s off. Even using watt-hours and my unit’s rated voltage of 11.4V, 30,000 mAh equates to 342 Wh. The ThinkPad’s two batteries are rated 48 Wh in sum.

Excellent ~60 watt-hour Portable Battery!
I hate that all of these are sold with a "MaH" rating which is completely useless. So I completely drained my M1 MacBook Pro 14" down to 0% battery, plugged in this thing fully charged, and came back later that day to see what the charge level was... 90%! Given the MacBook has a 70 watt-hour battery, that puts this thing around 60 watt-hours of charging capacity, which is impressive!Durability and quality is good, and it's nice to be able to charge the battery with one USB-C port while you run your device with the other. It's also small enough to throw into (mens) jean pockets!Highly recommended.

Died second day camping
While the capacity was great, this battery pack did not fare well with my solar charger and inexplicably died on the second day of my 10-day camping trip.So much for that 24- month warranty. As far si can tell, there is no way to contact support and the product is no longer available.

GREAT PRODUCT
I bought it primarily to charge my computer when away from a plug. I haven't really needed it for that, but it effectively charges that and anything else I have had to use it for. I recommend this product - just wish the battery lasted a little longer.
