Good product so far
This just came 2 days ago, so I have not had the time to test it thoroughly/. However, it functions very well and does everything it says.

Don’t waste your time with this product.. it doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time I ordered it again just to rule out the probability that I had gotten a defective one and same issue with the replacement that I got, so not ordering it and have to look at other options

Great docking station
This worked perfect for a set up with 2 monitors as a work station and mobility to use your surface. Better price than most big box stores

Don’t buy. Stopped working about 1 year into use. Go somewhere else.

Only 10/100
The hard-wired network connection is only 10/100. Spend more money on the Micrsoft version of this dock.

It functions as required
4 stars because it works, and I needed something, but the cost seems quite high, and the plug doesn't stay in place as well as the original plug. Knowing that, I can accept it for it's flaws

Updated: Replacement Product Received
The first product I bought stopped working shortly after it was received. However, the seller worked with me on a replacement and I now have a working dock. No issues with the replacement product and I appreciate the customer service to make things right.

Value for money?
This worked great at first, but then just quit working. I think for that price it should last a little longer, IMO. It’s very nice and convenient when it works. I just don’t think the value for the money is great, but maybe I just got a bad one, I know that can happen as well.
