Q: Which direction does this plug in the Flipperzero? There is no photo showing that in the listing.

The Antenna should be facing toward the pointy part of the Flipper device. If you are looking at the Flipper from the front screen, the attachment will plug into the 8 holes on the left side of the device, with the antenna pointing towards the left.

Q: Is this multi band or just 433mhz?

It can be used on any frequency band that the Flipper uses; However, the supplied antenna is made for use at 433mhz. An alternate antenna length can be screwed on to the end for better operation at different frequencies.

Q: Is this plug and play? Or do i need to solder it to a eso board?

It is plug and play, as long as you have the proper firmware that supports the external attachment. It runs on 5v power so you would need to enable the 5v power in GPIO options and then enable the external antenna setting in the SubGhz menu.
