My husband is now disabled and tends to fall a lot so needs help getting out of bed etc. These work perfectly. No matter where I am in the house, or even the garden, he simply presses the button and we can talk to each other and he waits for me to get to him. Highly recommend.

I received an answer from ChunHee to the problem I previously raised. The ringtone alert is for when the intercoms are used, say, with a doorbell. The alert cannot be made to sound when there are merely two intercoms.So far I have found the intercoms to work well. They are used to communicate between my workshop and the house. Sound is clear and the intercoms are easy to use. For convenience, I have used a battery bank of the kind used to charge a mobile phone to charge the intercoms, and it works well.I bought the intercoms recently and so can't tell how they will perform long term. However, they feel substantial pieces of kit and the belt clips are good.

Terrible they will not hold charge even after only a few weeks use, now they are two days out of return period and useless so a total waste of money. If the seller sees this please refund me and allow me to return the item.
