These are great! They easily cover your nipple scars with extra room. After 2 weeks I was cleared to take my surgical tape off and my breasts were still really swollen and I couldn't wear a bra. I put these on and your nipples still stick out in clothes so I would use the surgical tape and tape my nipples down with the tape attached to the silicone sheeting. I felt comfortable and no one could tell I wasn't wearing a bra. I took them off one day and forgot to put them back on and my incisions starting itching really bad after an hour or so. I am not sure how others survive a breast lift without these!I would not recommend cutting these like I would the underneath Epi-Derm Anchor sheets. I have worn them everyday for a month and they still stick great. I went to my surgeons for a follow up and my Dr. and his PA were saying how great my scars looked and asked what I had been using. I am 6 weeks out from my lift and my scars have minimal redness and have healed so great I think in part to these silicone sheeting. I had read other reviews that they don't stick. Make sure not to work out in these. If you are going to sweat then you need to take them off and reapply after your shower. If your skin is clean and dry they should stick perfect. I didn't use there recommended cleaner. I just used a clean cloth with warm water and like I said they are still sticking after a month of wear everyday. Once these loose the stickiness I will be switching to Strataderm silicone scar therapy.

I like that you’re able to wash them so they stay clean. If you’re gentle with them and follow instructions, they will last. My scars healed nicely and faster than the few scars I only used topical cream on. The unique round shape lays flat and keeps the scars from raising. I’ve used the strips, which I’m not saying won’t work, but these are way more convenient and worth the cost.

These worked super well. They start to slip if you wear in the shower but you can clean and reapply when you are done. I noticed a big difference in just a few days! I’ve been using silicone tape mostly for my other scars but this seems to work faster.

If you have had a lift with an areola incision, the areola dimensions may be smaller than before surgery. Or if you have small areolas to begin with, you will find this product to not cover your incision well. The center opening for the nipple is way too large for mine, and so it does not adequately provide the needed overlap for the inside of the scar, and far too much coverage for the outside of the scar. Only solution is to cut it up into 3-4 sections which doesn't provide quite the same traction. I'd prefer they make the center hole smaller and let people cut the diameter opening bigger as needed, as we do with ostomy products at the hospital. Thinking that for the next set, I will just get the anchor pieces which were enormous, and use the cut ends for the areola pieces. They wash very well. I use J&J baby soap in the shower and remove them using soapy water, clean them with that, then hang them to dry over a cleaned grab bar. I have not had any difficulty or pain removing them. Was not allowed to start until 30 days post-op and there had to be no scabbing. They are ready to go the next night. Surgeon wanted them on only 12 hours for the first 6 weeks. I have worn them like this for 4 weeks and they are still going strong. The adhesion on the donut piece is not as good for me only because they are too large overall, but they far outperform the brand I bought at the drugstore.

I purchased much more expensive tapes for a anchor breast surgery- this was a better option. no skin irritation, easy on easy off, easy to reuse and clean. I got the entire line after buying these. excellent product and great results!

I had a explant/mastopexy three years ago. Used EMBRACE and numerous scar tx's but nothing really worked on the areolas. I asked my surgeon several times if he knew of a product for the nipples to no avail. I recently found these Areola Circles and wish I'd known about them before so much time had elapsed. I've worn them two days and one night alternating one day off with a comfort bra and have noticed a difference in the areola scarring (even as aged as they are). They wash easily and maintain stickiness. If you're contemplating breast revision or reconstruction I recommend this product.

Have only been using them for a week but they have been easy to use, put on and wash. It does take time to dry so I recommend buying two sets.

Very disappointed with this product. I had ordered these for after a breast surgery to help with scarring and the healing process. At first they seemed to be okay, they were very comfortable to wear and you can barely tell you’re wearing them. I was very hopeful that they would work but unfortunately will not get to find out. Per the directions it tells you to wear them for 24 hours (if possible, if not wear for 12) and wash them every 12 hours, but after only a couple days of wearing and a few washes the adhesive was already starting to wear down significantly to the point where they didn’t stick on the corners and would eventually start to come off. I ordered these as well as another set to go with it to cover all of my scars and was just over $100. For that kind of money it was extremely disappointing to find out the adhesive is gone after a couple of days.
