I find them to be a little better than One a Days especially aroma and digestion.

My first time taking vitamin so its nig and the smell is hard to take for me but i try. Its been four days now and i can feel my stomach has gas and it feel like im full. Plus i feel like i po*p more than i eat😂. Are these normal? And how long does it takes for my stomach to get used to it?
