Missing lug screw.
Product well built but being it doesn't have aRain cap on it the lug screws vibrated out falling out the top hole. It's missing two so check this when you get it. in my case it got installed. So now I am looking for a replacement.

Non-fused disconnect 30A Straightforward
It's a standard outdoor rated disconnect, would be nice if they added a gasket for the top entry and a small ground bar. You will have to provide your own ground bar and seal up the top from leaks. Otherwise, worked well with Intermatic surge protector on one side and hook-up from bottom.
