The DVR was easy to set up and worked very well. Especially liked the solid state drive in this unit.

This works just as good if not better than my Nite Owl DVR. Way cheaper and easy to setup.

This DVR replaced a much older one. I have both SDI and TVI cameras, so this DVR doesn't work with the SDI cameras but I knew that, so will replace the SDI cameras with TVI. It's AI for motion detection is decent, but snow falling and animals still triggers the DVR. Also, the image quality doesn't seem to be as good as my older DVR, but I have to see if I can adjust some settings to improve quality. I like that this one is quiet, since it is an SSD drive and there's no cooling fan.

Purchased to replace existing security video DVR. Easy set up, excellent picture quality both day and night. Sound quality is clear. Great value for money.

It seems as this is an inherent problem with this machine. It’s impossible to tell exactly what the issue is on why all of a sudden the alarm started to beep and it was no longer connected. The worst part is there is no reset button or factory reboot on the box itself. We did disconnect power and ethernet but it never re-connected after powering up again. Not sure if the ssd is stable but something burnt out. Too bad as it started off well and it seemed like a good product for the price. Lastly, there is no rca mic/audio jack which is too bad.
