This book has really helped me a lot since I over think things all the time. I have truly enjoyed reading this book.

This is a fantastic book with great examples and provides insights to our biggest causes of our suffering. Nick Trenton is not only a great writer/author, but he is also a great man for releasing this grand self help book into the world. It’s definitely worth buying and investing your time into.

The content is insightful and thought provoking. I've been able to pull alot of the ideas and use in different ways with the teens at our ministry, a marriage workshop my husband and I are hosting and in personal life!The repetitiveness and actual font/text/spacing is very wonky and hard to ignore...causing a slower reading experience than I'm used to, because of focusing on that and having to reread sections to get my brain back on track.Not a good mix for someone with ADD and OCD!Single. Double, Triple. Quadruple spacing randomly and ALL throughout the book with no rhyme or reason?I actually read the last chapter to see if he mentions this as a tactic he was using to tie up the book in a bow at the end.Spoiler alert.Nope!
