This product produced visible results within days of starting it. I dislike going to the dentist and was dealing with sensitivity from receding gums due to age. I was hoping to stop the recession as well as the sensitivity. Within days I noticed my teeth were cleaner of tartar; much whiter and a reduction in sensitivity. Plus this toothpaste, unlike many others, leaves your mouth with an wonderful clean feeling. The mint taste is good, fresh and light and lasts a long time after brushing. I haven't yet noticed any change in my gum recession, but I hope given time it will stop it. I love that it doesn't contain any fluoride. Yes, it's a bit expensive but worth it in my opinion. You don't need to use much to get results. I brush more than 4 times a day. I highly recommend this.

Been using this product for a little while. Japan has been known for their innovation in dentistry. I think the price is fair.Try to brush at least 30 minutes after eating, to prevent scrubbing teeth with the high ph in saliva which helps digest food. By waiting, the ph will balance out and reminieralize teeth on its own if there is hours between meals. Using this product will restore its natural building block. “Nano” hydroxyapatite is the smaller particles of this ingredient, which is expected to work better.Always maintain a good flow of saliva, staying hydrated by water is best. Maintain a good ph level in the mouth thru a healthy diet, lots of Whole Foods. Doing these things in conjunction with this paste should help.Xylitol swishing stimulates saliva. I swish prior to brushing since I struggle with dry mouth. A lot of info out there claiming it can cause heart issues, but I learned that it is harmless. Use at your discretion though or look into it. But it does work!I hope this company continues to value their work and provide what it is expected for the consumer. A lot of companies are cutting corners and a lot are getting on the band wagon it seems.I also use a remineralizing tooth powder by the company Living Well. I would use a little bit of both together, hopefully speeding up the process.Safe and known for effectiveness, as long as your oral environment is in the right condition, which is extremely important!!Remember, consistency and time is needed.No complaints so far.

The best toothpaste! I've been using this for a decade and my dentist is constantly amazed at how well my teeth are doing for only brushing 1x/day. NHA is a great ingredient.

I've been using this for about to weeks now. I've noticed that my teeth aren't near as sensitive as they uses to be. I've not noticed any restoration of enamel yet but it can take some time to notice these results. The price is a little high but if it does its job im all for it!

Quality: I have used countless toothpastes over the years for tooth sensitivity. From Sensodyne to Restore and this stuff takes the cake for sure. WIthin a week the sensitivity I had had for years went away. Its not gritty like Sensodyne, its very smooth in texture. Cost wise, eh its a bit expensive I understand that, but it does work where others fail so that does say something about its efficacy. Taste is light, not overly minty, not sweet, just lightly there in the background. Again it is very effective for sensitivity in my mind.Packaging: Its a tube of toothpaste, what more can you say? Its shiny, golden and white and makes you feel like you are a Hollywood celebrity that really cares about your dental health and hygiene.Quantity: There is not much there for your money, but what is there is quality, so take that into consideration. It works well at least in my experience. It is flouride free. I trade off my morning brushing with a gritty polishing toothpaste and a rinse of flouride for the day and then the evenings listerine and flossing and brushing with this leaving the tooth paste to sit on my teeth overnight.

My only toothpaste now, it actually has the 10% that was used in the study for nanohydroxpate. It also doesn't make your mouth feel dry like other brands, so it's safe to say no other toothpaste for me.

Help in my and dental care, feels good on the teeth and gums I have not elevated the long term effects of yet after about 3 to 6 months I should known it's quality.
