I am working well, I am satisfied.

The intercom works well and does cover a long distance in my woodland behind the house. The volume is excellent. Voice clarity is pretty good but the little control buttons on the sides of the mobile hand units are in a bad place and every time I touch the unit to remove it or use it I hit a little button which either changes the Chanel or the volume or the ring tone. It’s very frustrating. It’s impossible to remove the unit from a pocket without touching one or more of these buttons. You do get a voice command or a new ringtone when you touch them but it is annoying. Otherwise they work very well. I had to print out instructions on how to use the call and talk features for visitors and stick this above the exterior unit as it’s not obvious as to how to use it for strangers. It’d be useful if the company gave a weatherproof card with the unit for visitors.

Very poor quality product, item developed fault within 2 days, also battery only lasts a couple of days. Seller didn't help to resolve issue, so its now a very expensive paper weight. AVOID

Difficult to keep charged and use

Too many channels available so an error to mistakenly move channels for an older person is confusing.

Door bell unit would not hold its charge so had to return it.
