Really amazing condensed electrical info….having gone thru a hurricane and a flood and requiring a total electrical repair wanted to be able to understand the charges . the book i purchased showed “delivered on the dock… “i have no dock thus no book….. i will master this short form‼️

Durable 8x11 size thick card stock, laminated sheet. Fits inside the big spiral code book. Lots of important information on one front/back sheet.

Very nice having the info on a card rather than looking up every code.
