A tad bit strong
These made me feel AHMAZING the first few days as I’ve got deficiency's of both D3 & B12. After about 3 weeks of taking them I noticed a LOT of nausea. Ended up dropping back to every other day.. but sadly still way too strong. Use caution to prevent nausea if your sensitive to the vitamins.

Taste delicious but have to dig through the bottle for ones that edible every night majority of the gummies are rock hard and I’m possible to chew.
