Useful set of cutters, but manufacturing fault on one component.
This is a good range of cutter sizes and includes arbours which will fit additional Starrett cutters.I was happy with the first use, the cutter screwed on easily by hand, and was easy to remove after cutting light materials. The next job meant a larger cutter, which I couldn't screw past 1/2 way onto the arbour, oil and a spanner helped, but after unscrewing, I found that it had also damaged the arbour thread (not from cross threading). Presumably there was a manufacturing problem which affected the thread cutting.Starrett is a good brand and I didn't want to return a whole set, so put the necessary replacement items in my "basket" and requested a customer service call, during which, after referring to my "basket", the Amazon rep took time to understand the fault, and that just 2 items were needed to make good and helpfully arranged a partial refund to pay for the 2 replacements which were received within 24hr.I am now happy that I have a good set of cutters, which, without the fault, I would have given 5 stars,
