Great Product- so far works as stated. Definitely better then OEM. Much cooler supply, almost no heat soak. Cord seems thicker & better connection at laptop. Worth it.

This charger works great. Fits my Surface Studio Laptop perfect. And I like that it's far less bulky than the official charger. The only downside, is that because it isn't "microsoft branded" the laptop won't fast charge, because it recognizes it's a third party charger. Annoying, but not enough that I want to return it. Because I really do like how slim and easy to travel with it is. Great for work.

The build quality of this products is very high quality, it works like a dream compared to my now partly broken original charger. The charge is fast and consistent and it doesn't over heat too much. The cord isnt too too long but I do believe its 6 feet long. It connects to my surface pro 6 like the original. Highly recommend

Bought as a replacement for the Surface cord that was lost. works well, inexpensive.

Great size, more convenient to pack than OEM; however Surface Studio tablet says charger is not charging at full power. It does charge and I use it on the road where I want to pack light but not for home use.

Been working very well for months now. Only dislike is the stuff power cable.

***Edit*** SOURNOVA quickly reached out to me after my review and apologized and offered an immediate replacement despite out of the return window. I appreciated it, but declined because I was worried that the same thing may happen again. I wasn't expecting a refund, but SOURNOVA offered to refund my purchase - I accepted. I didn't change my rating on the charger/product, but I would like to point out that SOURNOVA's customer service is top notch!!!It worked well for a few months. I liked it because it is slimmer than the other chargers and great for the price and for traveling.However, it died after about 5 months of use and I am out of the return window. To be specific, it fried the connections to the Surface - the plastic around the metal connectors melted. Because of that, it would overheat my Surface and created all kinds of problems. I immediately stopped using it and luckily had a backup charger of another brand that worked flawless. Not sure what this charger was doing to my device - maybe overcharging? I examined the magnetic charger and it was fried and burnt looking. I inspected my port on the Surface and it was fine (luckily) but not sure what it may have done to my device or battery.Save your money and look for a different product. Additionally, there are now chargers with USBC (instead of A) so you can charge other newer devices with your Surface at the same time.

Got this as an upgrade from my sparking frayed old charger cord. Like it a lot more than the original. It’s thinner, lighter, longer cord, charges quicker, and fits as expected. Be mindful of end that goes into computer, plastic seems a little thin but time will tell.
