Honestly, I never thought I would be so thankful for a bin.I wound up with a semi nice car, and had that awful moment of realising I was putting wrappers and tissues into the pocket in the side of the door. My car deserves better treatment than this (I do an 80 mile round commute and work across Sussex, so the miles and time spent in the car do rack up). So I purchased this car bin, carefully selected as it can hang securely on the back of the passenger seat (which it does, around the base of the headrest) held in place with an adjustable clip.The best part? The wipeable lining, and the bin bags! I thought any old bag would do, but these (you get some with the bin) fit perfectly, tuck under clips on either side and don’t flap about when you’re driving with the window open- it’s a miracle! Since running out I’ve tried little bin bags and honestly they have been rubbish in comparison, pun not intended.The bin itself has a clip just inside to hold it shut if you are not using it.Overall an excellent product and well worth the £10 or so you pay for it. I assume my car appreciates it too.

Great product, the design and performance of this product is excellent. The bags are sturdy and leak proof and a perfect fit for the bin. I'm ordering more bags now as i ran out and have reused ordinary carrier bags but as they have holes and are not as good a fit they can be used but are not a perfect substitute.

Simple ideas are usually the best. A smart car bin that straps down, come with a supply of liners that fit and are held in place. The bin is leakproof - which is great if you are unfortunate enough to have a member of family prone to carsickness. Can neatly tie the bag and dispose. The top of the bin can be closed. It's hard to imagine why this product hasn't been thought of earlier. The customer service is top notch too. The bag is insulated and can be used for snacks or anything appropriate for long journeying - that you just want to keep upright and in place.

I use it as a storage for de-icer etc, I leave home very early in the morning so need to have few items handy as I don't have time to hunt for them, I need to get going. This basket hangs off my passenger seat (I hardly ever got passengers so it's a perfect spot for me) and I got what I need just there, also nothing is flying in the car while I'm driving as everything is safely tucked away.It came with bin bags so I may use it at some point as bin for long distance travels.Overall it's a great size and works perfectly for what I need it for.
