This is the ONLY gluten free flour I've found that is delicious. The others all have an after-taste, or a gritty feel in your mouth. This truly does measure cup-for-cup and doesn't require additives like gums and other unappealing ingredients. It's literally a cup of this instead of a cup of flour. I can't tell the difference, and I'm VERY picky when it comes to baked goods.

My go to flour for a recipe that I need to sub out regular wheat flour. My daughter has Celiacs Disease and we love using this flour! She doesn't get sick with it and it doesn't make everything taste like flour which some other brands do that I've tried. Perfect for baking!
