Webster's New Explorer Large Print Dictionary, Third Edition, Newest Edition Hardcover – Large Print, August 31, 2012

Over the years when I needed a dictionary, I always bought Webster. I really happy for the large print.

I am so happy with this book. It has a great cover and a firm binding. The Large Print is clear and easy to read. It is larger than my last dictionary but that is because of the large print. Hey, I do not care because I can read it. That is all that counts.

Great for quick searches. And fantastic for memorization. One downside is that it is extremely limited in words and it's bulky, which is an unnecessary combination for some.(37.000). 1 pound. 16 words per column. 4 column per page. Actually has some prefixes most dictionaries skip.

Nice and bold letters

I just turned 50 and my eyesight looking up close has started to fade and I need glasses. The size of the font in this book is perfect and I can read it just fine without my glasses. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Has nice big print.That makes it easy for a child to read. Gives accurate but simplistic definitions, just write for the elementary student.

Not too heavy and not too big - print is easy to read with or without glasses depending on one's vision.A real gem - for me, at least!!
