My son has had this for well over a year now and uses it daily. It’s been a life saver for me no having to buy new batteries all the time. He simply puts it on the dock that displays nicely and charges all the parts at the same time.

This is a good alternative to charging my oculus when the side charging port plug stopped working.

As a (until this week) non-gamer, I opened the box, saw the instructions and put it aside. Admittedly, I was intimidated by electronic parts and removing things I was as of yet unfamiliar with. Then I stumbled upon a You Tube video unboxing and had to laugh at myself. The battery covers are so simple to replace, as are the rechargeable batteries and magnetic piece for the headset. If all of the lights don't turn on when you've placed the headset and controllers, just unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it right back in. That should solve your problem. I'm happy with my purchase and, of course, would recommend this charger to anyone - even those who have "I can't put this thing together" or "I am not good with instructions" challenges.

I have two of these charging docks for the Meta headsets. They are so handy! My headset and controllers are always charged when I'm ready to put them to use, and I don't have to worry about storing everything together. I did have an issue with one controller not charging, but I believe that was a user error. Just make sure you line the rechargeable battery up properly when you insert it!

Updated Review for VR Charging Station for Oculus/Meta Quest 2I’ve had this charging station for about a year, and while it initially worked well, it has started to show significant issues. The right remote no longer charges completely despite the LED indicator lighting up. I’ve tried troubleshooting by purchasing new batteries and replacement covers from the same seller, but the issue persists, and the charge still doesn’t hold on either product.For a product of this kind, I expected a longer lifespan. Unfortunately, it only lasted around 11 months before these problems arose, which is quite disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this charging station if you’re looking for long-term reliability.

I mailed this back in a undefined box just to get it back to you as the return window as closed.I apologize for doing something amazon doesn't endorse but I felt there might be parts you might find useful. Respectfully Rita Hadeler.....I enclosed it in a box which had the Pyle piano parts I could not refit in the box with the rest of the piano I was allowed to return as I did not want to appear to have kept them dishonestly or break them from squishing them in a box that would not protect them. I also included two pairs of hearing amplifiers that were dead as I didn't use them immediately and when I did it was not possible for them to be used....I apologize again....
