I was pleasantly surprised that this kit came with all of the tools needed for the project, including scissors. The instructions are easy to follow. It’s not for beginners, though. The design is complex and the 10mm paper strips are difficult to work with. The foam backing comes rolled up in the package, and is impossible to keep flat, unless you tack it to a frame or board. The foam also generates lots of static, and tons of dust and dirt adhere to it.

This is not what I was expected!! It comes with a precut foam board and the tools and strips to finish this project. When attempting to put the paper in the slots with tweezers, the paper would bend and fold in on itself! It's not a easy project!! This isn't quilling and the title states so, which I misunderstood what that would mean. I tried and tried to get the paper to insert neatly, wasn't working!!

There are no instructions included

I'm not new to crafting, not even quilling. But this is NOT a beginner project. I think maybe the lines weren't cut deep enough, but I had a really hard time getting the strips to stand in place. Add to that the difficulty of cutting the strips the right length. I'm pretty disappointed, and ultimately this went into the trash!

Definately not a beginners level craft! Complicated and exsively time consuming.
