It contains an extensive & comprehensive list of WHOLE FOOD VITAMINS fermented for better absorption. This dietary supplement is IRON FREE and is made with ORGANIC vegetables & herbs, that provide essential nutrients. It's formulated for immune, heart, digestive & prostate support. (I just wish it didn't contain magnesium oxide, which can be irritating.)

I have been very pleased with New Chapter Men's Multivitamin for 50 plus. I have been taking this vitamin brand for the last two years and it has been very consistent from a quality standpoint.
