Very good little device!!
Our last - pretty old - Brother P-Touch died. Read all the reviews on this one and decided to give them another chance. Really glad we purchased. Very nice little label maker with vastly upgraded features. As other reviewers statedm the keyboard is quite small so you have to be careful when tapping in the text and the screen is hard to read but we did not want one that required blue-tooth & an APP to make it work. I can live with the screen issue and use a stylus to enter text. This printer is really easy to use, you don't need to learn a whole bunch of new technology to use all the features and it's loaded with lots of fun stuff like patterns and borders to spice up your labels. Very happy with this label maker.

Love this product!! It works great, is very user friendly and easy to type on. Has lots of features I have not gotten into but it works great for the simple labels!

Really nice and super easy to use
Finally my shelves and drawers at work don't have janky masking tape and sharpie labels. Everything looks slick and professional. Super easy to use right out of the box. Clear printing with no tape jams so far.

Glad to have a new one
I had an older version of this one before, got it from a previous job while cleaning out offices. My husband fell in love with it and began labeling all his tool bins and drawers. When the tape ran out, we couldn't find it online without paying an arm and a leg, and he's been wanting a new one since. I just presented him with this new one for our anniversary and the man literally cried. I didn't pay attention to the separate power cable (lost a star for that, cable should be default not optional) but by a stroke of luck, I had the batteries on hand already. Excited to see him use it.

Love this label maker! So many options, easy to use, and good quality! Thank you!I purchased another bluetooth label maker from a different company. Tape quality was not good for someone with dexterity issues. Brother works the best for me.
