one of the best products ive purchased from Amazon! Im 50 and fit but my knees and old sports injuries have led to some begining arthritis. I needed something for those commutes into the city, long days, stairs and train rides do give me some support. A week ago my knees were throbbing by the end of the day. i slipped these on this week under my suit pants and what a difference ! No pain, no gimp my egs feel fresh and the are sleek and lightweight so you dont even notice them thro your parts. these are a lifesaver

I was doing p90x leg exercises when my knee started to hurt really bad after a few weeks. After laying off my knees a little bit and using this sleeve while doing leg exercises, my knee feels back to normal. I now put these on whenever I work out my legs as a preventive measure.
