Easy replacement with customer friendly staff
Charger stopped working after 7 months. I approached service centre online. They guided me to send product to them . I got replacement without any hassles.

The adaptor gets hot but yes you can charge.

Works Good- cable only 3ft - Did not last even 3 months
Adapter work fine, charges at same speed as original. However, the cable from adapter to Laptop is only 3ft - half that of the original Dell adapter. For that... 1 star less. But for this, it is a good replacement.Update: my earlier impression was wrong! The adapter failed in less than 3 months. Ended up having to buy an original Dell adapter. This one just stopped - all it was used for was charging my laptop, which hardly ever leaves my desk.
