It's strong, works for a good while. The taste was bad to me but a sore throat is worse.

Doesn't taste great but when you're in pain you just don't care. I had the worse cough ever and couldn't even sleep. This helped at least long enough to let the other pain meds kick in and let me sleep.

The spray works very well to numb and smoother the throat. My major complaint is that no matter how close you can get to your throat, it ends up making your entire mouth numb most times. It’s not a great taste but there’s definitely worse out there. It’s only really effective for about an hour before you have to use it again but for $7 it’s worth it.

goes, it has the most POWERFUL numbing of ANYTHING I have ever tried. Hands down, ear infections, sinus infections, sore throat from pretty much ANYTHING I think, and this is your stuff!! If....... that is, you can get past the terrible taste. It is NOT a cherry I have ever tasted for certain, but ..... it works!! I guess if medicine were meant to taste good, we would call it candy right? I think this is something we may need to get back to! As a kid, EVERYTHING "medicine" tasted so horrible!! But how many kids were rushed to the ER for "OD'ing" on vitamins or medicines back then? Campho phenique! Some of the (still) best stuff on the market for curing bitten lips, bitten tongues, or small oral wounds. But there's so many "other" things out there now, that I hadn't used it for decades until recently. I had forgotten what a wonder cure it was! Even on "Skeeter, bug, and spider bites! Mucinex did some fantastic stuff in this product. I originally began this review, only BECAUSE of the horrible taste. But after considering the above info, it gets ALLLL my Stars!! It's really just THAT magnificent!I can use cherry flavored Chloraseptic every 5 minutes sometimes, as the taste is GREAT.... but .... it truly just doesn't work well enough. NOT TRUE with THIS STUFF! Not only did it CURE my sore throat during COVID, but it helped with the SEVERE pressure and pain in my ear and sinuses. It's THAT GREAT!! And now I just pray that the cost doesn't skyrocket, or they pull it OFF the market, because the Pharm Company see's more $$$ signs.......

Powerful numbing if you can get it way back in your throat other tongue gets numb but throat doesn't. Strong medicinal taste, not very cherry. Powerful pain control if you can get it directly in the throat/tonsil area.
