I recently stating baking a lot more and wanted to perfect my pie recipes, so this product was an essential purchase for me. I love that it has the measurements as well as conversions to make baking that much easier. It sticks really well to the countertop thanks to the silicone so you aren't having to fight your pie dough and a mat that slides around. It also rolls up nice and tight for easy and convenient storage if you are working with limited space

I have a huge mat that takes up tons of counter space when I make 5 loaves of bread at once, but it is just too big for most of my smaller projects, and the standard cookie sheet pans silicone liners are are just to small. This size is perfect for most of my projects in the kitchen. It is large enough to cover a good section of the counter, and small enough to still be able to maneuver easily and store in the kitchen drawer.I really like this mat, and I might order the next size larger to have on hand as well.

Works as intended! Just don't use any metal or sharp utensils on this silicone pad as it will inevitably puncture the mat.

I use this mat every year for cookies that have to be rolled out. I don't worry about things sticking to it. It also keeps the mess (flour and cookie dough) off my island countertop. This is the 4th time I have gotten this mat. I have 2 and my 13 year old niece was given one because she love to cook and bake also. The 4th was a gift for a friend.

It was really good but the mat was kept on sliding

Perfect size, easy to clean, doesn't slide around the countertop and easy to wrap around my rolling pin for storage. Years ago I had a heavy plastic mat that did slide and cracked with use. This one is a great improvement. Would purchase again.
