It Is a high nutrition supplement
I was going to pick some white clover by myself. That is really not easy to find it. I take two each day. I believe it’s very good for my health

Helps with leg cramping due to bad blood flow
This is just a god to take when you’re having bad leg cramps due to lack of mobility; I’m quadriplegic and it’s so helpful !! I’m bedridden and It’s hard to put a price on comfort but this is worth every Penny and it’s NATURAL! I’m more than overjoyed to not have to run to the doctor for a prescription of something I cannot pronounce.. Read the label closely! You need 2 candles to reach the strength advertised. Other than that, good quality overall. Good size so it’s easy to swallow, it tastes like nothing, and it’s effective.

I bought these based on a prescription from the doctor, along with some others. So far so good. They are doing what they are supposed to and there are no adverse effects. I'm happy.

Perfect!
I was having terrible night sweats and hot flashes … so after some research, I gave these a try. I had about a 3 week wait to get into my dr to check hormone levels… and then another week to get results back. These were 90% effective. I still had some issues but these were a godsend. Hope they work for you. I continue to use them even after starting hormone therapy as my dr said if they were working, keep using them.
