Fits well, very adjustable for riders with long legs.In my case, firat I added grease to the seat tube on my steel frame bike. This will keep the aluminum post from corrosion and freezing into the emseat tube.Second, after inserting the post, I added my seat and made adjustments to properly level it for me. Easy to use the two seat adjusting bolts to move it into the right position.Third, doing a test ride, I made sure the height was adjusted properly for me, near the 10 marker line.

The seat post fits my bike's seat tube well (I measured first) but it took two long sessions to attach it. Eventually, I found the best method was to set my standard two-rail saddle on a table upside-down, loosen both bolts on the tightener all of the way, insert and twist the locking plate into position, and finally alternately tighten the bolts. Once in place it was easy to adjust the position on the rails by loosening just one of the bolts and then tightening it (6 mm hex). It's been solid since, and unlike the "toothed" tighteners on some posts this one won't slip or degrade over time.

I replaced a OEM seat post that did not hold the seat well. This post hops the seat without slipping over time.

It was stolen within a few weeks, but perfect while it lasted 🥲
