The pictures of the product are accurate. The size storage is also right. I really like it and the packing are carefully done.So far this was a very good choice.

Reliable
I hesitated buying these because of the negative reviews because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad to say that all three drives that I purchased have worked wonderfully!Purchased as gifts, I put wedding video files on them, and although they aren't the fastest (USB2 instead of 3.0) I knew beforehand that the speeds wouldn't be incredibly fast. But dozens of GB of data was transferred easily within about 15 minutes, and they didn't get hot. There's barely any warmth at all when plugging them in.Side notes: 1) the lanyards included are... useless as there's no way to attach them, but that's ok.2) I wasn't expecting there to be a faint red light *inside* the wooden drives, but it is nice to have, to know that everything is connected/transferring properly.3) The brand name is odd-- "Zhongyuanmaoyi", but all that matters to me is that they're a usable, special gift to give, and that they are. 😊

A Pleasant Aesthetic Alternative
Typically speaking most USB flash drives all provide the same function at the same cost, so it ultimately comes down to stylization. For me, this flash drive provided a nice aesthetic alternative compared to the vastly metallic world of flash drives. Performance-wise I have no complaints.

the USB melted inside the computer
This USB had about 300 HD photos on it, and after only being inside a USB computer port for about 20 mins, the USB began to smoke and melt on the inside! at this point the USB is permanently broken after only having it for 2 weeks and only plugging it into a computer USB port 3-4 times! That is not how it is suppose to be! all the data on the USB is lost and impossible to get back. DO NOT GET THIS USB if you don't want to loose valuable data and information! I am very disappointed.. I even bought another one but will not be using due to this dangerous incident!!!

Pro - real woodCon - the top has no magnet to hold in place so concerned it may slide right off if outside the case and jostling around a bag or desk
