Source Naturals Mega Strength Beta Sitosterol, Plant Sourced, 375mg - 240 Tablets

Have been using this product for years. It has keep my cholosterol in healthy range. I take it befor lunch and dinner. The pills are a little large however well coated so easy to swallow.

This seems to help. More is needed or maybe other options.

I've been taking this brand for many years trying to keep my prostate healthy. I only take one a day and so far so good. The latest bottles I received say to take 2 per day. I'm not sure if it's the super beta sitosterol or if I'm just lucky. The pills are big with sharp edges and are supposed to contain 375mg beta sitosterol, along with 187 mg Campesterol and 131 mg Stigmasterol. It's difficult to find products with this much Phytosterol Complex and these are at good price point and worth relearning how to swallow. They aren't supposed to taste good!

This supplement has made a huge difference with my arthritis. My daughter recommended it to me, as it reduces inflammation. I had retired do the arthritis in my hands causing my fingers to lock, and the arthritis in my feet causing me to hobble rather than walk. I take two tablets twice a day and I can do anything I want to do! It is the equivalent of getting out of prison. It is derived from pineapple and has absolutely no unpleasant side effects! I wish mainstream Physicians would give this to people for their arthritis, because without exception every prescription arthritis medication causes gastrointestinal bleeding. Source Naturals is the best brand of the five I have tried; it is a great deal more effective. I recommend it without reservation.

To start I woke up a lot at night due to back issues but when I started having daytime issues it really gave me anxiety to go anywhere i could not hold it and it always seemed like I had to go a lot I started taking these and yes like others said chew them up they are big to swallow and they do not taste bad after a couple of weeks things really changed I have no problems like I was and this company makes everything great they have a wellness formula I take and I have not had a cold ever since taking it

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do.

These may or may not work, frankly I am not sure but what I am sure of is that they are HUGE and VERY DIFFICULT to swallow. After choaking a few times, I opted for a smaller pill size.
