Extremely satisfied!
The seat in the bathroom had been giving me trouble for a few months and since I live in a small town, it was difficult to find the perfect seat cover that fit well. I was so surprised to get such a quick response from their WhatsApp no. They helped me chose the correct size within minutes. The product was delivered and installed today. It fits perfectly. The cover is very sturdy and I am very happy with the quality. Even the plumber noticed that we don't get such good quality here locally. I am very thankful for their quick help.

Sturdy and Very good Commode seat
I had Cera commode and tried this seat. Very easy to install and the Amazon Page video was very helpful to understand the installation. The product is very sturdy. Uploaded the picture for your reference. Worth the money spent.

Not recommended
Got wrong colour product. However the quality is also quite cheap. Made of plastic and flimsy. Not recommended.

As projected, hydraulic closing, excellent quality, maintaining symmetry of design in advertisement is below par expected quality. Overall a average product

Good fit worth ordering.
Installation was easy and fits perfectly. The soft close functionality works like a charm. The design and weight was was optimum in my case. However I suggest to get a measurement of the commode and compare the same with the cover by removing an inch from both end for exact fit before ordering.

Bad packing
The product design was good. The product finish was excellent..Due to the poor packing the hinge portion was damaged and I have to return the product.

We are using this but the seat is so small. wish there was a bigger size optionn.
