I've had trouble sleeping since my partner died in May. His death was sudden and unexpected and I've been seeing a grief counselor since last month. She recommended I try melatonin and I bought this product. Wow! I haven't slept like that since I was a baby, and I'm in my 60's right now! THIS STUFF WORKS! I took it a half hour before bedtime and I fell straight to sleep as soon as I went to bed. I know I had REM sleep because I had several detailed dreams! I highly recommend this stuff.

It’s helpful for increasing my sleep

Reading is fundamental, I suppose. I realize this is completely on me, as I should have looked at the reviews more closely before purchasing.HOWEVER, when you type, “Melatonin Sleep GUMMIES” into the search bar, and these are the first thing returned, AND flagged as “Amazon’s Choice”—you’d expect the overall correct product to be returned.So, please be aware if you are in search of a gummy Melatonin form, these are not that. These are pill form that dissolve on your tongue, and they do not dissolve quickly either and have a bad taste. I also found them to leave my mouth feeling exceptionally dry as well.The location of Whole Foods in my city is on the opposite side of town in the busiest part of town, and I’d pay more than I paid for this product to NOT have to drive over there.Otherwise, I would have absolutely returned this item upon opening it when I realized it wasn’t the product I thought I was getting. But it was a good lesson for me, and I will pay better attention moving forward knowing that Amazon doesn’t always return results that match up to your search request.

If you've worked your way up from lower doses, as I did, this is tops! The combination of the 3 ingredients is perfect. I take it 30 minutes before bed and get to sleep in minutes after laying down. Sure, the taste takes some getting used to and the texture is "dusty" but well worth it.
